Hi all, I have some questions if you don't mind?
Curious regarding urethra and how it reacts to stretching exercises?
Also regarding Extenders, can they be worn during the night whilst asleep?
Or would weights work better for shorter reps.
Regarding the Tunica, is there away to stretch it out? Extender, weights, by hand?
I have all ready scanned through some off the site and see extenders and weights should not be used until after completing 90 day build up/ beginners routine...

If you do not grip your penis too tight nor pull too hard your urethra will be fine and not get injured, also, stop exercising the moment you feel any pain, PE is supposed to feel good. :)
Only the Phallosan is advertised to be wearable while you are asleep, but it is recommended not to wear anything that constricts blood flow to your penis for safety. :)
For now, basic stretches will do just fine, many PE'ers do them for years and gain well. :)

Even the Phallosan can cause bruising of the glans if worn too long at higher tension.
I use a VacExtender mod on my X4 in bed at night; usually while I am awake watching tv. However, I have been known to fall asleep and experienced some bruising after two hours. Accordingly, I now never use it at high tension at night.
Also, before getting into the extender I usually stretch manually for thirty minutes or so which seems to "loosen up" the tissue and lets me get an additional 1/8" of maximum extended length (usually after an hour).

Yeah I'm planning on sticking with the Jp routine for 90 days and then increasing or decreasing as required,
I asked about the urethra, purely wanted to know if this would stretch with everything else?
The extender over night thought, is based on the 4-8 hours of wearing it...
Vs
Weights, with various sets and time for doing them.
Just thought I would ask for future reference..
