So feeling recovered enough from my injury in November I've finished a single 2 on 1 off full JP 90. Today went and did the 1st day of the second set and it feels like I put my dick through a meat grinder. Lol.
Guess I'm taking a couple more rest days.
Also having issues getting any stretch at all. My BPFSL is less than my erect length and when I stretch even with a firm grip from mid shaft. At a point the insides stop stretching and I'm just pulling skin but it doesn't feel like I'm getting much stretch in my ligs at all.
Should I try an even firmer grip. And stop when the insides stop or just continue pulling the skin as far as it will go and try to keep pressure in the inner stuff to keep some semblance of a stretch?
