Should you kegel continuously through out wanking and fucking? Or should you stay relaxed? Or should you reverse kegel? How to you launch sperm? This is not for premature ejac as I last quite a while, this for how to retain maximum size for erection and ejac volume.

And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.
Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.
You will find the Edging 101 and Edging for penis enlargement threads useful.
Overuse of the PC muscle will tire it out quickly and decrease your EQ, your aim is to relax your pelvic floor, and with time you can learn to do a reverse kegel long before the PONR to delay ejaculation or allow more blood flow to your penis. Note that kegels are not entirely bad, as they also pump blood into your penis, but too much of them can bring the PONR closer and tire out your PC muscle.
To strengthen and balance your pelvic floor muscles, follow a kegels (regular and reverse) routine, and practice edging, and watch your total workload and avoid over-training, if you follow a PE routine.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

"Launching" when you ejaculate can be different for different men for different reasons. It isn't just about show strong your muscles contract. For me, prior to PE I would shoot pretty far. But, due to PE I stretched my urethra so it is wider and now I barely shoot at all. (A slim urethra is like putting your thumb on the end of a hose, it causes the water to shoot further). However, kegels can help with strong muscle contractions and are just an overall good thing to do on a regular basis.
During sex I don't believe continuous kegeling would be required to maintain maximum size or ejac volume. You would reach your maximum size just by the ongoing stimulation of sex, and typically men reach their maximum size just before ejaculation (which is why edging is used as a form of PE). Ejac volume is pretty much determined by how much your body has produced from the last time you ejaculated.(Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
(Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
