I know that this has been posted probably a million or so times... But how does masturbation affect measurements? How long after masturbating should I wait to measure? Should I only measure on rest days without masturbating? Thank you!

Measure less often than that. A couple times a month max.

I measured once a month when I was new. I Dont measure that often any more. If you measure too often you risk disillusionment. PE is a slow process. Take your time and Dont pressure yourself too much.

OP might be asking how long after masturbation can you measure. Personally I'd say there is no limit, and I figure most guys measure when they are 'most excited', that way the number is as big as possible, and likely the size it will be when actually having sex.

I measure once a month and make sure I haven't masturbated a few days before measurement day to ensure the strongest erection for consistency. It's up to you. If your EQ is relatively poor, like mine, then you might want to not masturbate for a day or two before measuring.

Basicly measure once a month when you get more advanced you might need to bring it to 2-3 months.
Measure when you feel that your having a good EQ for the day.Start: 8/2013: BPEL: 6.3" EG: 5.1"
Current: 9/2020 BPEL: (8.3 inches BPFSL: 8.9 "* MEG: 5.9
The Goal: BPEL: 9 inches EG: 6.5"

I'm the odd ball here
.. I do it once a week.. BUT, I get to see the ups and downs of the training like on a graph.. That can tell me if something was working or if it was bad for EQ.. I don't get too worried if I lose 0.25" from one week and gain it back the next, that has all to do with EQ and training conditions.. I only report on my very best numbers here..
Start: 11/2013: BPEL: 4.73" MEG: 4.5"
Best: BPEL: 7" MEG: 5.625"
Current:BPEL: 7" MEG: 5.5"

When I measure more, I tend to see a higher number, then the next few times it is back to what I was before. Over time, I'll see the higher number more consistently until it becomes the new normal. Eventually I'll see a higher number again then the cycle repeats.
