From big to small
I'm 19 and I began jelquing about a month in a half ago. My penis was 5 in. length and around 0.6 in. girth. I started seing results right away which seemed odd considering this is a lengthy process, but nonetheless, the results went to 5.7 in. length and 0.8 girth. Here's the weird part! In a matter of two days I lost everything. I would understand if I was over working my penis but I wasn't. I would do 10 min sessions, lots of lube and rest days in between. I was easing my way into advanced methods and now I feel as if I did something wrong. My penis went back to normal and I don't get the hard rock erections I use to in the mornings. My penis barely wants to get up now and I don't know why. Please help?

Yes, it is likely overtraining, you either used a tight grip, jelqed with a high erection level, stretched too hard, or did too many kegels.
Take some rest, until your penis recovers, and when you resume PE, be more gentle.
And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.
Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. :)
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

MrB8 posted great info. :agree:
Definitely sounds like over training. It is very easy to over train when you first start PE. Your penis needs to become conditioned to the work over time by gradually increasing the workload and intensity.

Thanks for the advice but how long should I wait until I continue with the training or will or will it take long? I also want to know if he's gonna get back to normal? My girlfriend is supporting me but its really beginning to worry me.

Id say wait until your dick feel normal again. By that I mean you start getting those rock hard erections and you can get it up without any problem. It shouldn't take that long and yes it should go back to normal. Those gains you saw are most likely EQ gains. I gained .4 inches in a month just from EQ alone which was awesome. These gains will likely slow down, but don't get discouraged, it will just be that much more special when you reach your goal.
