    So, I read aroung the forums about girth exercises. And they all mention that to get more blood in your penis during the exercise, say Uli's, kegal more blood into your penis, but when I kegal in a regular situation I lose my erection slowly, I haven't tried kegaling during Uli's, but I do kegal in between sets of Uli's.

    So what's my problem?

    if you do a kegel correctly you can only pump more blood into the penis (the amount depends on your current erection level and the strenght of the contraction). Try with your 100% erection already there and try to move your penis up while you watch it. You can see some expansion and more hardness.

    Yes it does expan, but that only lasts for like 5 seconds or so roughly, from there my dick just starts to go soft, and after I release the kegal it will of-course get soft at an even faster rate.

    Try watching some porn while you kegel. But do NOT masturbate to it. This way you'll get used to sexual arousal and help fix your premature ejaculation if you have it. Just make sure you don't masturbate to the stuff.

    As you strengthen your PC and develop greater stamina and control [using other exercises like edging/stop and starts] you should be able to achieve enough control to be able to complete a girth session without your erections faltering.

    I have no problem with keeping the erection going, I usually do 10 sets of Uli's before I start to see signs of it, and thats when I'm done all my sets, for the moment I just edge real fast after the kegals which are between the sets of Uli's.

    It's confusing the way im saying it so here's what I mean:
    set 1 of Uli
    Kegal until erection dies down
    edge for a few seconds to get back erection
    set 2 of Uli

    and I read that instead of edging back my erection I should be able to get it back or maintain it with kegals, so my questionw as how.

    so you guys are saying it's a matter of my kegal muscle strength then? I can hold back an ejaculation about half the times I try, so it's not that great yet.

    It's a combination of several factors, not just PC strength. Why not stay at your current level of ULI/kegel reps (or even decrease them) until you're able to complete the full series under full EQ. When you're able to do that, you'll know it's time to add more reps.
