Thread: Help finding a right routine!
- 02-24-2015 #1
Ok so I started JP90 last August and did it up until mid to late October. I did not gain much from doing PE those few months other than just my penis feeling fuller. My routines would usually take me an hour to an hour and a half to do because I would get full erect when trying to do helicopters or when I jelqed. Stretching was hard for me to do because I am uncut. I could never get the correct grip. I also struggled with some negative PI's. I pretty much gave up PE because I felt like I could not achieve my goal. I am currently 6' erect and 4.5' girth. I am looking to get a 7' erect and 5' girth. Long term goal being 7.5' erect and 5.5' girth. I do not know how long this will take me but I am willing to put in the work. I am currently in the process of bettering my life in every aspect. I have fallen down in many parts of my life these past few months and I am in the process of fixing myself. I need help choosing a routine though. Any ideas on what I should do as a routine? I don't really want to do JP90 again I would like to try something new. I need a routine that will take me 45 minutes to an hour at most. Any ideas?

Your goals are achievable, given that you persistent and consistent.
After some time, you will no longer have a problem with your penis getting too erect for the exercises, as it will get used to them, just be patient, and wait until your erection subsides to a safe level to perform the exercises.
JP90 should take about 45 minutes, and you can start with less, until you are able to do it all. If kegels make it difficult staying flaccid, consider timing your stretches and follow a separate kegels routine.
Also you may use a pair of gloves, or tissue to aid your grip.A real man never hurts a woman. A few months is a small amount of time when it comes to the timeline of PE. It is not uncommon to see little gains during the conditioning period. Many of the gains seen during this period are from improved EQ. It sounds to me like your EQ is already good. The key is to be dedicated, consistent and patient.
I recommend that you start with the JP90 again to recondition your penis for more advanced routines later on. You may have to do some experimenting to try and get a good grip for stretching. Make sure you are firmly gripping the shaft and not just the skin. MrB8 has also given some good pointers for a better grip.
Good luck and always PE safely. To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

I have the problem with Jelqs too, and my routine takes too much time. But it's like MrB8 said, we must wait for the erection subside and continue the routine, and we'll get used to it over time (which didn't happen to me yet).
I struggled with the grip at the beginning too, and there are two solutions:
- Grab the space between the glans and the foreskin with the thumb (I'm uncut and I can do this). Or:
- Grab at the middle of the dick and do a dry jelq to push the blood to the glans, so the glans will grow a little, preventing the grip and the foreskin to roll over the glans. I use this one.
I know that's hard when the routine takes too much time due to erections (sometimes I take 2 hours to complete), but do it with faith, because what women like the most is hardness, followed by girth. When you achieve a higher girth (>5.5), if your length stay lagging behind, you can do a stretch oriented routine (like Roc's routine or Jelq-free routine).12/DEC/14 - 6.3 BPEL, 5.7 EG *started manual stretches
13/FEB/15 - 6.7 BPEL *JP90 started
short term goal: 7 BPEL, 5.7 EG, 100% EQ
long term goal: 8 BPEL, 6 EG, iron hard erections.
Let's work out!

There are several routines in the beginner threads. Push the START HERE button on the top left of the page and check them out. Being uncircumsized should not stop you if you learn to modify the excersizes. You can do stretches with a grip near the base so if you slip forward some you still have a grip off your glans. We like the JP90 because it has proven itself, however get a good understanding of the routines and use what works for you.
