Hi there;
Not very big. 5 to 5 1/2 in hard. Soft 1 1/2 in. Very ashamed at times at the showers or bathrooms, I am trying to enlarge my foreskin now for a while. Getting some results. Hope to learn fro you all. Feel free to leave me messages.

Your size is average, you have nothing to be ashamed of.
And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.
Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

i know how you feel. Been there done that. It may sound patronizing but in reality most guys don't give a sh.t what your flaccid dick looks like because they are aware that many small flaccids grow into decent erections such as yours. You are just going to have to grin and bare it in the locker room knowing that you are more than capable of pleasuring all but a few size queens.

There is no need to feel ashamed as your current measurements fall within the normal range. It also sounds like you are more of a grower than a shower. Follow the links that MrB8 has provided to ensure you get started in the right direction. With patience and persistence, you will achieve results.

Welcome to the Gym carmelite. My advice is to research everything you can on this site, find good beginner's routine (JP90 is a good place to start), and get started. Be patient because PE is a long term plan and often takes time and effort. Try to stay motivated so you will stick with it.

One thing that was unclear is that you didn't say how you were measuring. Are you measuring from the fat pad or are you pressing into the pubic bone? If you are not pressing into the pubic bone then you are larger than you think. Everyone here uses bone pressed erect length(BPEL). As mentioned above a good place to start is to do some reading in the START HERE thread that can be found at the top of the page. The JP90 is a great routine to start off with for most beginners. Start off slow and gradually increase over time.
There is a lot to learn, so use your time during the JP90 to further educate yourself. There is a wealth of information here, do plenty of reading and don't hesitate to ask questions.
The key to being successful is to be dedicated, consistent and patient. PE does work, but it won't happen overnight. The rewards for putting in the time and effort are well worth it in the end.
