Welcome Professor, I agree with the others. The first 90 days is as much about conditioning as anything else. So slow down, and do less reps. If you hit negative PIs stop doing all PE until your penis heals, and then slowly start again. Remember rest days they are ultra important. You have your whole life ahead of you so be patient. Enjoy your journey.

Thank you so much Small_Filters! Through reading your comment as well as the wonderful others I have seen the error of my newbie ways. My new aim is to have better EQ which is at a 6-8 right now, and a generally healthier penis. I have not completely given up on gains, but they are welcome if they come

Just kidding, welcome etc etc. For my part I recommend starting a progress thread in that forum, even if no-one but you ever reads it it's a great way to stay honest, even if you're just copy and pasting into it every other day. If you ever run into a problem it's a good thing to look back at and see any patterns and the like.
A thought on kegels: Not sure how many you're doing, is every rep 25 more? Make sure you're not doing too many. Others will know better than I so I'm going to make no suggestions there. A strong pelvic floor has some great benefits but it has to be balanced, otherwise you can run into all sorts of problems.Started 28/12/2014 BPEL - 6.5" EG - 5.5" FL ~4" FG ~4"

Your routine looks great! Your Goals as well! I think it's a better feeling to break rather low goals earlier then failing in achieving unrealistic goals.
Stay consistent you can always improve the reps and the intensity what really set you back in gaining is an injury.
I was advised to only do 25 kegels and reverse kegels 3 times a week.
First time starting PE a month ago i did like 2000 a week and achieved a hard flaccid in simply no time. Keep an eye on them.

You have been given some great advice. Your new goals look reasonable. PE is a slow process, so take it slow at first and gradually increase intensity over time.
There is a lot more to pleasuring a girl than your penis size. It's the passion, making her feel wanted, the full attention to of the erogenous zones of her body and much more. You can't force your penis to grow, just encourage him. Your goals are more likely achievable in a few years. It will probably take much longer than you think.
I would go for 7" x 5" in a year. Getting to 5.5" girth will be quite the journey and 6.25" may be impossible without many years of dedicated work. Good luck though.BPEL: 6.7-8.57" NBPEL: 6.3-8.25"
