    Hi there;

    I'm a Senior in High school hoping to add some extra length and girth to my penis before I head off to college. My penis for the most part is above the average, but I just want to have more length and girth. I would like to have more so that in the future I will be able to pleasure my partner to the fullest. Not saying that anything less than the average penis length and girth will not pleasure a woman. Not only do I want to pleasure my partner, but I want this size as a personal confidence boost. I have not been the most popular man while in High School, but neither the most non-popular. Even though popularity really doesn't amount to anything in High School. I discovered PEGYM while looking for jelqing exercises on the web. I spent three whole days just reading peoples posts. Reading the beginner manual and safety tips, because you ONLY have one dick as I have learned. I am on day three of my J90 journey now. I have been so excited to be doing PE. It seems it is all I can think of lately. I would very much appreciate any remarks good or bad on my J90 workout and on anything I have listed in general.

    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

    That sounds like a lot right off the bat, I started doing the full JP90 and I think I shot myself in the foot. I'm about to restart after a decon break. Your goals are really high so I would advise you to manage your expectations, But all the same, good luck!

    You should ease yourself into these exercises ProfessorCheese. You should be gradually increasing reps until you are up to the full routine in 90 days. If you start right off with the full routine or more from day one your going to end up with a broken penis and will be out of the game for a few weeks or worse. You only get one dick, so don't screw it up by being overzealous. Penis enlargement is a long process and a fine art. You should spend the first few weeks getting to know your penis and its limitations. Start out with less reps and add a few more every week until you are up to the full routine, or until your penis tells you its intense enough, whatever that may be. Watch your PI's, they will tell you all you need to know.

    Also you should definitely consider lowering your short term and possibly long term goals. In the short term, you don't want to set yourself up for failure. It took me a full year to gain 1/4". Everyone is different, but I think that's pretty standard for average gains. In the long term, if your already above average you don't need much or any more. Not all women want or can even take a monster cock. I personally believe the perfect cock for most women is around 7.5x5.5 give or take. Once you start to go over 8x6 It can work against you. Remember the average penis size is around 6 inches and guess what? So is the average vaginal depth.

    with the above posts. Be very careful not to over train. When I first started I over trained for the first 3 months and had no gains, it wasn't until I added days off and lowered intensity that the gains started coming.

    On a side note: make sure you enjoy all that college has to offer. This isn't high school anymore, so go out and do all the activities you can! Join clubs, try new things, go to lectures, volunteer- all these things will help you one day when you go to create a resume for your future job!

    I don't want to be a pessimist but in my opinion 1,75 inch in girth in 1 year are not possible at all even if you are a hyper ultra fast gainer.

    Read more about PE realistic goals are one of the most important part of PE. Furthermore your main goal should be a healthy dick gains are bonus. There are people in this forum who achieved 1 inch in girth with very consistent training in 4 - 6 years. Assume you are one of these guys, will you still be motivated enough to do your PE consistent?
    How about you stretch your goals in an amount of 5 years that would be more realistic.

    Yea you are probably right. I have notice some Negative PIs with this routine recently. No more morning wood and my penis turtles up after a session, but my penis never feels like it hurts.

    You are over training! Probably you won't gain this way take it easy fewer reps light grip. Better an average one then a broken one.

    Thank you so much Small_Filters! Through reading your comment as well as the wonderful others I have seen the error of my newbie ways. My new aim is to have better EQ which is at a 6-8 right now, and a generally healthier penis. I have not completely given up on gains, but they are welcome if they come. I did not even think anyone who respond to this post let alone give me so much feedback. Thank you guys so much. I have just made a new routine right now that is a less intense version of the JP90. I would love it if you could give me some feed back on it, or anyone for that matter?
