Thread: Switching up the jelq

Im new at PE but I have been on a routine that consist of 30 min. I once heard a bodybuilder say switch up on different exercise when body building.
So what I do is 5 days on, 2 days off.
I start with the 5 min warmup, then 5min stretch, 10min jelq, and 5 min warm down. Monday I'll do palms down, Tuesday I'll do palms up, wensday palms down, Thursday palms up, Friday palms down. And I have to say my erections and girth feel good. I can touch my penis and feel a difference. I feel good, great confidence and I keep track of each day in case I may fall to sleep. This has been working well for my beginning stage but hope to achieve higher level and different excersizes in near future. Great advice be patient take note with the days your on, off and accidentally skip. Be safe be easy don't force yourself. It will all come to mind and you will be able to control your happiness of jelqing.

Seph, that sounds like a great routine with which to begin your PE journey. Well Done. What are your goals?
(Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
