Ok so I am trying to look for a routine to do that'll only take me 45 minutes to do. I was thinking about doing JP90 but it takes me an hour to an hour and a half to do and right now I don't have the time to do that since I am always working. I was wondering if anybody knew of any routines that take 45 minutes to do. I know I can do less reps and stuff on JP90 but I want to start JP90 again in the summer since my entire summer is off I know I will be able to do it. I just want a short and simple routine for now until June that will help condition my penis a little bit and also gain a little bit. Can anybody help me pick a routine? I was thinking about warming up for 10 minutes and doing maybe 100 jelqs and then increasing it as weeks go by but I am not sure if that will do anything. Can anybody help?

As it just so happens I only do PE routines that last less than 45min and have made better gains doing so.
Instead of doing 100+ wet jelqs that will inevitably lead to sloppy form poor PI towards the end of your workout, you should focus on making fewer jelqing more challenging over a couple of sets. Start with 2-3 sets of 20 wet jelqs at 70-80% EQ done for at least 5 seconds each working up to 10 sec each. Make sure you keep equal pressure during your jelq from base to tip. Your goal is to make it to 20 but if you fall short don't sweat it.
Not challenging enough? Flex your kegel as hard as you can during the entire set. Still not enough for ya? Then add another set of as many quick wet jelqs as you can for one set, that is until you lose your erection. Don't head for the shower yet because it's time to do some squeezes. 2 sets at the base for as long as you can grip, up to 2 min per hand. Rest a min in between and a couple when you're done and repeat the squeezes moving up an inch each time.
You think you can handle more? Break out the PE toys, it's time to play! By now your penis has taken a beating and a PE device will be a great finisher. Use either a clamp or a pump for the last 10-15 min. Instead of a straight shot I recommend a ladder routine of 4min, 3min, 2min, and 1min with 30 massages in between for a total of 10min total. Work on adding a minute to your total time each week if you can.
There you have it one badass routine that won't leave you disappointed. Take at least 3 days off before trying this again, but don't be afraid to add another rest day or two if you need it. The harder you train the more rest days you need to grow and recover. If this is too much for you take off all of the supplemental work and focus just on the 2-3 sets of wet jelqs done intensely and perfectly. Adjust your routine to suit your needs but PE no more than 2-3 days a week.

I like the workout Great Divider posted and might look into that after I get my conditioning back (took a year break) because it seems intense. Right now I broke the JP90 workout up into 2 sessions a day. Warm up for about 8 mins, stretches, and jelqs. At night I add 20 mins of either pumping or hanging. 3 days on 2 off. Every one is different so finding the exercises that work best for you is essential. Good luck and happy growing.
