    First things first... Huge hypochondriac, always have been always will haha. I'm starting stretching exercises only to increase flaccid length, and I just need reassurance to whether they are safe or not, and how do them safely and effectively.

    My routine is as follows:

    Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:
    - 8 minute hot wrap warm up
    - basic stretching x 5 sets
    - straight out, right, left, up, down (8 seconds each way)
    - helicopter stretch x 5
    - 20 circles
    - 5 minute warm down

    I rest on Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday just to be safe. Also, I was wondering should I go 7 weeks on and 1 full week off? Let me know your thoughts/opinion on this

    If you are careful and listen to your body, no it is not dangerous.

    Do not use much force, just enough to feel tension on your shaft, you should not feel any pain at all, nor try to pull it out of its socket.

    Start slow and monitor your PIs, aim for the positive PIs zone, it is the growth zone.

    If done properly, no it is not. Proper warm up is a must. Start slowly and listen to your body. Guys on here are doing hanging, which is applying heavy weight to their penis so some stretching is good. Look at the 90 workout program. I would start with this before getting into anything major but stretching should not be a problem.
