Thread: Babbis beginner routine or PESG?

Ok so just as the title says which routine do you think would be better to start off with, Babbis light beginner routine or PESG beginner routine. I did some research on Babbis routine and it seems like for the most part people make gains and I basically do it for 2 to 3 weeks with a cementing week after it. I feel like this routine would be good since it would only take 30-45 minutes for me to do but looking through PESG beginner routine and the success he has had with it is very intriguing. I am stuck on which routine to do. Which routine do you guys think would be better for me to do? I was thinking maybe doing Babbis routine and once I finished it starting PESG or JP90 or make my own routine very similar to those 2. Do you guys think I should do that? Or just forget about Babbis routine? I do have some PE experience doing JP90 1 day on 1 day off for about 2 months 2 months and a half.

Hi!
I get my first gains with PESG routine. In my opinion is very nice, because you never overtrain your penis. Of course you need solid warm up.
I started with JP90, but I felt, that was little bit to much for me. I have been doing JP90 for a almost month (2 days on, 1 off).
