    Hello everyone i need your help i have a small penis and ITS UNCIRCUMSIZED AND i want to add extra three inches. From march 1 every morning for 20 to 30 minutes i will do jelqking and stretches. So i need some help what exercises will help me to gain 3 inches,right now my dick size is 4 inch and need 3 more inches but i heard its not possible to gain three inches in three months AND HOW LONG SHALL I DO THESE PENIS EXERCISES, 30 MINUTES ENOUGH ?. Plz help me, GIVE ME SOME EXERCISE TIPS FOR UNCIRCUMSIZED PENIS

    Welcome Cobralund. It is possible to gain 3 inches but not quickly. Go to the START HERE button at the top left of the page and pick a beginner routine. JP90 is an excellent, but intense beginner routine. Start slowly and add to it over time. You need to be patient so you Dont injure yourself. You have set a very lofty goal, as have I. You need to understand this will likely take years to achieve. Your penjs is fine so Dont hurt it. Enjoy your journey.

    And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.

    Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.

    Rest is as important as exercising, if not even more important, it is while at rest that your penis grows. Make sure you are taking at least 2 days of rest every week. PE is a long term process, your aim is to encourage your penis to grow, you cant force it, if you take care of it and go slow, you will gain more than mere size, but also improved penile health and increased EQ, be patient, persistent and consistent.

    When stretching, retract your foreskin, and grip about an inch below the glans, use a tissue or a piece of cloth to aid your grip, and do not pull to hard, slippage is often a sign or over doing it, you should only feel tension on the shaft, nothing more.

    Gaining 3 inches is possible, but will take lots of time, years, and you have to stay motivated, and healthy, so set small goals, and increase them as you gain.




    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

    Welcome aboard!

    As mentioned above a good place to start is to do some reading in the START HERE thread that can be found at the top of the page. The JP90 is a great routine to start off with for most beginners. Start off slow and gradually increase over time.

    Three inches is a very lofty goal. That will take years. Take a look at these threads to get an idea how long it takes.

    There is a lot to learn, so use your time during the JP90 to further educate yourself. There is a wealth of information here, do plenty of reading and don't hesitate to ask questions.

    The key to being successful is to be dedicated, consistent and patient. PE does work, but it won't happen overnight. The rewards for putting in the time and effort are well worth it in the end.

    Hi welcome, everybody above listed the best things in my opinion For you to start off. The jp90 is great as iv'e just start myself last week. Btw i think your above average in korea cheers

    Also,losing excess fat above your pecker will help alot if you have any. Its called a FUPA or something. It will reveal more dick. You do so by losing overall body fat
