Thread: Directional stretches
- 03-02-2015 #1
Just some information to chew on.
I stopped doing my side and northern stretches, thought i didn't need them. Always kept doing my downward ones because they felt better. ANYWAY, i stopped gaining. Back to my northern and side stretches and seems to help a lot.
Always post the routine I'm talking about for people to see what I'm doing and compare routines. Or just out of curiosity.
-Warm up
-60 seconds all 8 directions x 3.
-100 up and down and side to side stretches each.

It looks like a decent stretching routine, do you do some kind of girth work too? You could add tunica stretches (bundled/A/V/fulcrum stretches).

Yup, directional stretches are a nice stretch to do. Should be fine

Yeah Popol this is only part of it.
Usually it goes
-Warm up warm hot water
-Some squeezes to weaken/soften tunica
-Jelq fairly intense 10 mins/CS jelqs when my hands get tired
-60 seconds all 8 directions x 3. Last set or 2 i do bundled
-100 up and down and side to side stretches each.
-Hang for how ever long i feel 40 mins to 80.
-In the morning ill lay there for a bit doing BTC stretches.
-throughout the day to some stretches when i can or feel like it.
