Hello! I just wonder if my routine is not enough intense?
Warm Up - everything from 3-10min
Stretching 30second UP/DOWN/SIDES
Stretching Circles x10-30 everything between. Stretching my dick in a circle motion stretching all angles.
Jelqing between 50-70reps
V-Jelq between 50-70reps
Warm Down - everything from 5-10min
This is what i have done in 28days now. I may have gained a little by this, but i'm not 100% sure yet. The question is what you think of this routine? Should i change something up? Make it more intense etc? Thank you!

There should obviously be more that i should tell to give you better information, but i was in a hurry. I will try to answer the follow up questions instead.

If your EQ is positive and you are still gaining, then you do not need to change anything.
Down the line, you may gradually and slowly work up to the full JP90 routine and increase the wet jelqs up to 150 and the v-jelqs up to 90 reps.

Not necessarily, increase your workload if your PIs are good AND you need to do more work to gain.
