Thread: Pain in right Groin Area
- 03-03-2015 #1
I started my PE JP90 rountine last monday. I exercise for 5 day 2 rest days, First week was challenging. On my 4th day of rountine i started feeling pain in my groin area(between my right testicle and thigh). Im still feeling pain even now, while im typing this. Is this normal or Did I tore a ligament?......I think i might have tore it.

More likely you strained it. Let it rest until completely healed. After you are totally healed if you want to get back into PE try a 2 on 1 off routine. Dont use so much force. All excersizes need to be done gently, not nearly so hard.

I have 2 questions
Give me an estimated time of how long it should take to heal?
2) I followed the jp90 to the tee 10min warm up, Stretching w/kegels and helicopter shakes. After shakes i do 10 min of front/back reverse kegels. 3x50 wet jelqs and 3x30 v jelqs (2min rest between sets). Then 10 min warm down (i use sock rice for warm up/down). also did pelvic stretches every other day. With all that being said
Is my work out TOO intense for a beginner?

Everyone's different in how their body reacts to PE, especially as a beginner. Watch carefully your EQ and PI's! Negative signs mean you should reduce your intensity, take a day of rest whenever needed! PE is not a race, your gains actually take place when you sleep and rest. Stop all PE completely until your groin pain subsides. Rome wasn't built in a day...your penis won't be either! PE SAFELY!

Both of your questions are great and can be answered the same.
We all react differently. What is no problem for one will be too intense for another. You need to determine what works best for you. I strained a ligament once and it took a month to heal. It is really how your body responds. Only you will be able to tell when it is healed.
Only you can tell how much force you are using. Since your body has told you that what you did was too much then rest and when you try again do less. Then slowly add according to what your body tells you. This is the importance of conditioning, and the importance of PIs. We are all different.ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!

Wishful is right, you probably just strained it. It is highly unlikely that you tore a ligament as that would require a lot of force. You may want to apply some heat once in a while to help with the healing. Take the above members advice and rest and restart at a lower intensity after you have healed.
