I just started PEing and I am not doing any stretches at all. Only jelqing.

A great length exercise are bed fowfers( yes a really stupid name).I started doing them nightly about a year ago when I decided to sleep in the buff, just so I could do that exercise.Whether on my side or my back I just tuck the little guy under my leg and give a nice gentle stretch while I'm watching tv. At times I may stretch for an hour before I fall asleep. If I wake up in the night to use the bathroom when I get back into bed I just tuck him in a go to sleep.In the morning since I have a great wife who brings me a cup of coffee, I tuck him in again for 20-30 minutes before it's time to get ready to go to work. In a 24 hour period I may stretch for and hour or two daily which is more than enough time to get a stretch to gain length. Does it happen overnight? Of couurse not but try it daily for 3 months and you might be pleasantly surprised!

Well my total length in just under 2 years is a bit more than 1 1/2 inches. The last time I measured was about 4-5 months ago when I became fixated on having an erection reach my navel, which it now does. The only thing I have done during this time is stretches, jelqs and kegals. I hope that answered your question

this bed fowfer thing is extraordinarily uncomfortable, and just seems to squash my junk and nothing more. after about a half hour, i have to de-fowfer. maybe im just doing it wrong.

It shouldn't be uncomfortable if you tuck your junk far enough back so that your legs don't squish it.

I prefer jelqing to anything, but im afraid that its not giving me any gains anymore.. anybody have input on this?
