Hi guys.
I'm finishing my jp90 next week and going to take a week or two off.
During the break are you meant to do nothing at all? I'm not sure I'm going to be able resist. Or is it okay to do some stretching and stuff?
I haven't gained anything yet, possibly a little girth. Going to go back into it again after the break and focus more on stretching and jelqing at a lower erections level to hopefully see some length gains, before I start girth work
Cheers

I don't see anything wrong with doing some light stretching and jelqing.
(Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
(Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)

Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

I'd say keep it light and unstructured. More in the line of getting your penis to hang at its best flaccid when you have it out rather than any kind of a routine. Remember, you grow during rest, not workouts, so let it do its thing!

Maintain with a random mix of exercises, add some uliis, tunica tugs,LAS & fowfers if you didn't do those during your JP90 earlier, but make sure you're doing a light & varied schedule-after all, you're on a break, and that's when your gains may kick in. PE SAFELY!

That's my thoughts too so Cheers for that guys.I've also got a new job and going from 3 years of working nights and not sleeping to working days again, with a nice 2 week gap to recover. Hoping proper/structured sleep will also aid gains

Glad to hear you're leaving the walking dead shift! You may find your gains really kick in with a better sleep schedule. Should improve your EQ & PI's too.

I do zero PE during a break, I'm currently on the back end of my latest break, this one will be almost 2 weeks.
Good luck n the plumbing, if you want any advice feel free to pm me or post a thread. I've been a heating and plumbing engineer for over 10 years, plus I also train and assess people new and existing into the industry8/7/14 - BPEL 6.75, MSEG 5.5" BPFSL 7.25", BEG 5.75"

Here is a pretty good post about PE breaks: https://www.pegym.com/forums/success-forum/83857-made-my-goal-7-5-x-6-25-heres-how.html
I would say do what you feel comfortable with, definitely not anything hard or a full circuit- but as others have said, something light with a few stretches. Good luck!Initial: BPEL 5.8" MEG 4.5" FL 4.0"
Current: BPEL 6.5" MEG 4.75" FL 5.25"
Short term 7"x5" Long term 8"x6"

It really depends on the reason fro the break. If you are just taking a break and not trying to accomplish anything with the break, then do what feels right. If you are trying to accomplish a two week break with no PE then of course Dont do any PE. If you have an injury, then take however long is required to heal. Depending on your break goal is how you respond. Good luck.
ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!
I know exactly what you mean....
