The healing factor is not something I would rely on. Some, few, have the luck of over training and not paying too big of a penalty like thegreatdivider. I have built up over years to extremely intense routines(although not as intense as thegreatdivider). If you start slowly with a beginner routine and add slowly you will see gains and not experience an injury. Good luck be safe.
ALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!

It was overtraining. My dick responded with inflammation and bruises for over a week. I think I had to do a few weeks of a recovery/newbie routine after that to get my EQ back. If I remember right I think I jelqed to fatigue then pumped up and jelqed to fatigue again over and over. For some reason I used to base my routines on jelqing and edging over and over, and finished off with pumping and more jelqing.
Wait a minute, I Forgot about that technique. I'm going to try using my Bathmate to squeeze in a set or two of wet jelqs after fatigue the next time I jelq on Monday. Come to think of it, I remember I used to do weighted kegels too and I would only edge for a few minutes a day at max, so I didn't tire my erections out too badly before PE.
I'm going to have to think about this today.

There is thegreatdivider who must have nerves out of steel and a penis made out of kevlar and there is lostintorture who performed 10 super light jelqs and lost all the feeling in his dick.
PE is a strange place.

Well I thought he is trolling so far i never discovered any permanent injuryies from jelqing some discolouration or bruises but nothing severe.
Some people just needed 6 months to 1 year to heal a nerve damage but as far as i know thats very rar the most nerve damage get better within 1 month.
Why are there people trying to convince others that PE is very very life threatening dangerous?

I started doing PE when I was 18 and it hasn't affected my penis in a bad way. I've only seen positives like having a bigger and healthier penis along with having better stamina.
Aiming for a bigger, healthier willy!
