hey this might be a dumb question, but is their any known relationship between penis enlargement exercises and an actual workout regimen such as running and lifting weights?
i haven't worked out in quite some time but am looking to get back into it, and i know that frequent weight lifting boosts testosterone and gets your body's chemicals in a "growing mode". im wondering if that growth pressure you body experiences would carry over to the penis also?
just to clarify i know the penis isn't a muscle and PE is for cellular growth, im just wondering if the chemical reactions that promote growth in the body from steadily working out would help with PE gains.
This would be great for motivating me to carry though with working out haha.

I remember reading articles about this very subject and the people are torn between this subject. I for one believe that a good cardio workout with even a bit of weight lifting will go a long way when trying to help the little guy. Working out promotes better blood flow and thus I believe that might let a bit more blood into your little guy. I might be wrong but that's just my theory. I for one believe it will help either way since losing fat helps reduce the fat pad covering some of your penis, and its just a healthier way to live.
Sometimes less can be more, just as more can be less.

If it will help you stay motivated it is a good thing. Working out your whole body will give you benefits that will help your whole body. The receptors for testosterone in the penis may not be there to help with growth. That is disputed and accepted by different groups. Almost everybody agrees that better health and better circulation help with penis health and growth. Excersizes done safely will help in all areas of your life.

ive done 4 x 30 minute rowing sessions this week 5 minutes of each 30 has been sprint rowing..
my dicks bigger than it ever has been and ive also managed to get 3 good erections and 3 ejaculations in the last 24 hours take in mind im on beta blockers and anti d's which kill sex dead
