i end up doing a couple of intense sessions a week and the other days of the week i always do some stretching everyday.
who else stretches everyday and is it ok for recovery ect
stretching isnt the same as training your biceps you cant train biceps everyday ofcourse but surely stretching everyday is cool?

Well, I do my normal stretches everyday and about 25-50 JAI stretches throughout the day on my days off. Don't try and do a full stretch workout everyday.Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG
