  • Measurements for log

Going to measure tonight, which measurements do you suggest?

Bone pressed or NBP? Or both?

And is there a need or think i should measure Flaccid length and Flaccid Length stretched? If so BP or NBP?

    TY

Most guys measure both BP & NBP and Flaccid hang is NBP, Flaccid stretched is BP, but Girth should be measured both erect and flaccid for future comparison. Hope this helps!

BPEL is the most reliable, note how you measure so you do it the same way every time from now on.

You can track your NBPEL as well if you want, but it is not consistent for gains.

Record measurement of girth at the base, midshaft and under the glans .
Why not, add a bone pressed flaccid stretched measurement too.

            BPEL
            HEG
            MEG
            BEG
            BPFSL
            FL
FG (both for tracking "hang" increases)

Also, jot down current EQ, morning wood and random erection frequency, and if you want, take personal pics for later reference.

All info is good. The more the merrier.
