Thread: length & girth Gains input

The first month i gained .65 in length from manual stretching and wearing an extender for 10-12hrs a day. 2nd month gained .3 in length from extending and hanging at the very end of the second month. What is your routine?

darthpinhead your routine doesn't sound intense enough. do you ever feel fatigue?

You might be a hard gainer idk. I guess increasing the intensity can do more harm than good sometimes. good luck and stick to it. some people dont see gains untill a few months in.
