    The first month i gained .65 in length from manual stretching and wearing an extender for 10-12hrs a day. 2nd month gained .3 in length from extending and hanging at the very end of the second month. What is your routine?

    My Routine:
    First: Stretch straight hold for 1min,then same left,right and down.
    2Sets everyday
    Second :50jelqs only once a day, 2-3 in a row depending on my pi

    You might be a hard gainer idk. I guess increasing the intensity can do more harm than good sometimes. good luck and stick to it. some people dont see gains untill a few months in.
