Hey guys,
first of all a little background information: I have been on and off PE for quite a bit now but sadly i never really stayed commited to it for a decent amout of time to see any real results. Thats what i want to change starting next semester(after exams are done).
Since i have done some PE in the past, i do own a couple of devices which i know arent necessary for beginners but i got em now so why not make use of them. So there is a Vacextender and a VitallusPlus.
So i will be trying to integrate these two into my beginners routine. Since i got two unused cyliders for the Vitallus(long story) which expire in a year or so due to the latex material i will be using the Vitallusplus during the night from the beginning.
As for the Vacextender i thought i could replace the manaul stretches with the use of the extender (I use the extender with a harness around my upper body, kind of phallosan style so i can wear it approx. 2 h at a time).
So Im thinking jelqing + Vacextender(1-2h) + Vitallus at night. What do you guys think about that ? Keep in mind that my Penis is already conditioned to all of these exercises and devices.
Oh and what I noticed is that my NBPFSL is not any longer than my NBPEL; if anything its even a little shorter. I hope thats not a bad thing as far as gains are concerned. Or do I maybe need to dajust my routine to that fact ? Like focusing a little more on stretching or something like that ?
Looking forward to your answers and ideas!

Welcome jecky89!
If you have not been consistent with any PE, then it would be safest to consider yourself not conditioned, and approach any routine as a beginner just starting out.
An extender can be used for conditioning, and in replacement of the stretches, but definitely don't do both. Start with low tension, and low times until you are sure you are accustomed to it. Then, slowly move up tension gradually according to an extender routine.
Combining with jelqs should be okay, but definitely watch PI's, and fatigue. Combining manuals and devices can quickly lead to overtraining, and possibly injury, especially early on.
As for the Vitallusplus, not only is it adding a second device, but it's said to be worn overnight. I would not suggest either. Relying on a machine to control vacuum safely, and overnight, sounds very risky. Regardless of manufacturer suggestion, most do not advise wearing any kind of device overnight for personal safety.
When blood is cut off, numbness sets in, cutting off any warning to damage while you sleep. And it does not take long for tissue death to set in when blood is cut off. Also, it releases after the time frame, so that could also cause injury. Best to save it for daytime use later on.
As for the difference in measurement, that's nothing to be concerned about. Later on, it may help you identify your routine focus, but just proceed as normal for now.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
