I am starting up JPs 90 Day routine but I was wondering if there's any way I can change it to make it more girth oriented as that's where I want more gains. I certainly wouldn't mind length gains but if I can put more time into girth gains I'd much rather do that.

You can do less stretches if you want, but as a beginner, you should not jelq with an erection level above 65%.

Thanks. Is jelqing above 65% a more advanced girth exercise that I can do after a few months after the beginner routine? I also heard about squeezes and stuff but I'm not sure when I can start doing those.

Yes it is more advanced, you can do them after you have conditioned your penis.
There is no reason to rush it up, gains take time to come, and your job is to encourage your penis to grow, not to try and force it.
Think of it as a possibility to gain with each step on the PE road that you take, take all the gains you can from beginner exercises, and when they stop, slightly add more, and so on so forth.
