Hi! I have problems warming up; if I try to use a soaked cloth it stays warm about 10 seconds even though the water I soaked it in is burning hot. Leaving it really wet might help just a little but it's really annoying when the water drips to the floor in the bathroom.

I've tried the rice sock-method but it seems rather dangerous (and smelly) and I don't feel like it warms up my penis that well.

The only good way to warm up seems to be simply turning the heat up on a shower but I'm not sure how much that would cost if I did it regularly.

    What do you think?
Has anyone had this kind of problem as well?

Buy a heating pad. They're available at most pharmacy sections of big-box stores for around $15 (US).

Why do you think using a rice sock would be dangerous?

You can try a heating pad as well.

Warming up in the shower is not optimal but better than nothing, try to keep your testicles away from the hot water.

Yeah, definitely go for the heating pad.
I use one and it's a pretty good warm up.
Like MrB8 said, try to keep your balls cool and with a hot shower that's almost impossible to do.

Practice at least 10 minutes of warming up and not much more, heat can also tire the penis.
Most importantly, you should know when you've head enough warming up

The heating pad method seems interesting. Have always done it in the shower, direct contact with the penis. Heating pad would enable to get back to pure jelqing, giving me more privacy (can do it in my own room).

What sort of heating pads are we talking about? The ones which are plugged into the mains?

You can use any heating pad you like, there are some that you can heat in the microwave like a rice sock, or an electric pad that you plug in the mains, use the one you prefer, as long as it provides enough heat for the time you are using it, and do not go overboard with the temp. just a few degrees above that of your body.

Oh really, only that warm? Say about 40degC (sorry, don't know the Fahrenheit equivalent!). I always assumed it should be 'hot' and not warm. D'oh! When I've been doing it in the shower I've warmed up until my penis is a bit reddish in colour...

Yes, that would be ok, you should not hurt your penis, just warm it up.

i had this question as well, if OP or anybody who visits this thread can answer. i would appreciate the help.

heating up in a microwave seems very inconvenient. i've read that warm up usually takes about 10 minutes.

can i get a good warm up that will help prevent injuries by using a hot wash cloth in the bathroom. It seems the most convenient since there is privacy in the bathroom.

for example running very hot water on the sink, letting the cloth soak for a few minutes. squeezing out a little bit of water, and then wrapping the wash cloth on your penis. will that work? i can always repeat the steps if necessary.

i see you guys mentioning about keep the testicles cool and not warming them up, just your penis. will that have any affect? i was thinking about just getting in the tub with very warm water and soaking my penis in there for about 10 minutes? can that work just as good. or do you really need a heating pad.

if anybody is interested in a heating pad. i came across this heating pad. its the same one they use on instructional videos, but im afriad the heating pad will be too big for my flaccid penis and also worry about having to re-heat in the microwave every minute or so to keep it warm.

I'll have to be running back and forth from my privacy to the kitchen and putting that heating pad in the microwave. it can get very suspect and inconvenient.

(is that how the heating pad would work, or can i just heat it up one time in the microwave and it can last me my entire warm up session?)
