Thread: PC Muscle Tension in Morning

So with my symptoms in the morning, would you say i have an imbalance?
I do have Ik's im trying to eliminate with my current RK routine and I have started this month doing weighted squats at the gym. I currently mainly focus on Rk's for 3 days a week and 1 day a week I would do Kegels. I sometimes squeeze in some kegels during the week too if i find time. My main focus is on RK's.
The thing with my experience is that I can comfortably already hold a kegel for 1min+ because I have trained it in the past - i just took a break from exercising it for a while. I used to do 3min holds and I can stop orgasm at the PONR for MMO. Recently, i have been doing the following for my kegel and reverse kegel routines:
40 one second holds
10 5 second holds
5 10 second holds
3 20 second holds
2 30 second holds
1 60 second hold
Knowing I already have some experience with kegels, should i still do as you outlined and start off with short holds? I'm curious to know what your thoughts are on this: If my kegels are overpowering my RK creating a possible imbalance, wouldnt it make more sense to do more of a RK weighted routine for a couple of weeks instead of 60/40?

Take into account all different factors can contribute to more tension in the morning, how you slept, how long, exercises the day or night before, last time you edged, last time you ejaculated ( if their different ).
Imbalance may be there but remember you're more aware of tension and working the pf regularly so it's nothing strange.A Game of Bones. A Stretch With Rice And Fire.

yeah thats true. will see how the next couple of weeks play out.
Quick question though, As I am doing a reverse kegel weighted routine, how will i if im overworking the rk compared to k signalling its time to start a more balanced rk/k routine? will my EQ be lower and erection angle change?

I noticed that my flaccid does not hang as well in the morning lately. Could this be because Of the time I stressed my pc muscle in the past?

Yes, a relaxed pelvic floor allows for a larger fuller flaccid, a tense/tired/injured pelvic floor causes turtling.

Thank you MrB8. Although I last sat on my my perineum with an erection about a week ago and I have recovered from that, I last put a lot of pressure on my perineum with an erection almost 3 weeks ago. Is it possible that I am still recovering from that? It has not completely recovered yet. I also last took my green tea pills about 2 days ago although I think that may not relate to anything.

If there is a problem, then repeating the cause will make healing take longer. And if you suspect the green tea pills, I recommend that you stop taking them to rule out any possible interaction so you can rest your mind and not think much of it in the future. Only examine one variable at a time, and do not over think all possible and impossible probable causes all at once.
