Hello all!
After my session today I have a great flaccid hang for 10-20 mins before returning to my normal flaccid state. What I'm wondering is if this is a positive PI, or is it a negative PI? I've gone through the Thread on PI's, and I understand that having an elongated Flaccid is a good PI, and Turtling can be considered Negative. Since I returned to my normal Flaccid size, I am slightly confused as to where this stands with regards to my PI's.
Thank you to all who answer this!

I would say it is positive PI. Over time you should see your flaccid hang stay larger for a longer period of time.
(Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
(Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

Returning to your normal state and not turtling is a good sign. Your penis will return to it's normal state after a period of time, but of coarse as you make gains your normal state will increase also.
To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Positive PI
Any improved hang is good, returning to normal size is just the body balancing out because its equilibrium is at your normal penis size but you are forcing it to grow so it is re-balancing.
even slight hardness and size loss isnt turtling, or at least is not believed to have a bad meaning in terms of PIs.
Its only a negative PI if your penis is shriveled, cold and very hard.Whatever the mind can Conceive and believe, the mind can achieve, regardless of how many times you may have failed in the past or how lofty your aims and hopes may be.
Yep and waaaay more double...
How to find a quality...
