So this is my first post on here since becoming a member. Ive had very minimal gains so far (only a 1/4 inch in girth and nothing in length). I've been doing a PE routine for almost a month and a half now and to me this seems like very small gains.. So I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions that I could try. Im looking for big gains in both girth and length as I am relatively small and am currently 5x4.75.
This has been my routine
•Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- warm up (shower)
- basic stretch 4 times each (20-25 seconds in 5 directions)
- V stretch and A stretch 2 times each (20-25 seconds)
- cool down in shower
• Tuesday and Thursday
- warm up (shower)
- basic stretch one time (20-25 seconds in 5 directions)
- jelqs 75-100 reps (2 directions straight out and up)
- repeat stretch from beginning
- cool down in shower
If anyone has any suggestions or tips I can try they would be greatly appreciated as like i said before, I am relatively small and would like to see some major gains and am dedicated and willing to put in the time for it.

Don't miss this thread!!!
One month is a very short term in the PE world, and you have made good EQ gains so far, which is a good thing, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.
And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.
I recommend that you follow a structured routine like JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Hey Whatudoing!
Welcome to the Gym.
If you have not already done so,I recommend you read https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including safety tips.
PE is a long term proposition and many guys take months before they see meaningful gains. I would continue your current routine for a few mor months before making any significant changes.Valued Member of 11+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4
