Hey everyone , For a while i was checking pegym and I decided to JP90's Routine today.
I Hope i can gain some7.5 cm flaccid 3 INCH
15 cm BPEL 5.9 INCH
13.5 NBPEL 5.3 INCH
12 cm Girth 4.7 inch
(10 Months goal )(IF I GOT 1 INCH GAIN ->>
4 INCH flaccid 10.2 cm
6.9 INCH BPEL Erect 17.5 cm
6.3 INCH NBPEL 16 cm
5.5 INCH Girth 14 cm

And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.
JP90 is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

I see you have already taken (I assume) correct measurements, so take pics (or you will regret it later), and start a journal to log your progress and stay motivated here on the forums. Most importantly, do not rush your routine & ALWAYS take rest days-that's when your penis recovers from exercises and you experience growth. PE SAFELY!
