    Okay so I started some beginners excercises after i realized my pc muscles were weak and sore after sex, and it was to the point that my erections were regular length, but my penis felt discounected from by body almost, and the firmness was not the usual. So, I waited for my pc muscles to heal, and then went about doing the 90 day beginners program to strengthen my pc muscles. Anyway I had a good amount of sex with my girlfriend from thursday to sunday. Everything from oral to regular to hand jobs, but by late saturday early sunday i felt wicked sore again in my pc muscles. I still get hard fine, and I still cum fine, but its like 90% firm as usual. The biggest place I;ve noticed this is my recovery time. Why is this? I'm going to take a couple days off and go back to taking some hot baths to sooth the muscles but what did I do wrong? This has never happened before... I'm almost afraid to masterbate now, because I'm afraid ill damage pc muscles more. Any advice would be helpful thanks a lot.

    I'm not sure - but why do you think it is your PC muscles that is causing the lack of firmness? If I had to guess it sounds like the combination of you doing the exercises for the first time and the amount of sex you had has overworked your dick a little bit. You might be right to hold off on the masturbation.

    Unless you're used to it, I'd say 4 days of non-stop sex,stimulation and ejacs would make any guy's erections a bit softer and also make your pc/bc muscles sore. My God man, PUT THE DICK DOWN!(Just kidding) Give it a rest for a few days, & you should recover fine.

    Congratulations on the great weekend. It sounds like you did things right. Look into a kegel routine that also includes reverse kegels, deep flat footed squats and other yoga type stretches. Even massaging the perineum. Take a couple days rest and then work to balance your pelvic floor. I think the no masturbation for a while is also a good idea.

    I agree with the above advice. It sounds like you have overworked it and are seeing some negative PI's. You need to find a balance between a good workout while maintaining good PI's. If you haven't already done so, read this link about balancing your PI's. Physiological Indicators (PI's) For now do as the others have suggested and rest until your EQ returns.
