Questions after the first workout
Hello everyone!
I'm new to penis exercises, obviously. I've heard about this site and eventually bought the ebook "penis exercises". After reading most of it - except for the stuff about advanced exercises - I started my first workout today and have a few problems/questions.
First I did 2 sets of 20 Kegels to start out easy. Then follows a warm up. I watched out not to get too close to my testicles. After 10 minutes I start off with 20 JAI stretches and the normal stretching routine while using a stopwatch to make sure that I do exactly 30 seconds. But with the stretches I already had my first problem: how do I grip correctly? I'm uncircumsized and have a short flaccid penis of only 2 inches length. Therefore it's really difficult to even find a place to grip and tug without touching my glans. This problem continued during the jelqs. During the jelqing it was also difficult to get the OK-grip close to the base and the actual movement was quite short. Is there any way to fix this or still do proper jelqs?
According to the book I should start the jelqs with an erection between 40 and 75%. So I tried to get it up with little success. Eventually I could hardly get a half-erection which faded after a short time. It's kind of hard to stay hard with only the stimulation of the hand. Is this normal? Or should I consult a doctor? (I shudder even from the thought of possibly having erectile dysfunction) I was hoping to improve the quality and duration of my erections and hopefully to cure my premature ejaculation, but this was a disheartening first training session. Now I'll take two rest days and hope that it will improve...
