hi pegym,
(im 27years old)
ive been doing the jp90(+supplements) for almost 2 month now 5on/2off and i recently noticed my EQ is bad even after a weekend off.
I measured a few times in between. i think my EQ was really good when i started out so i saw some gains but it was getting worse over time and right now i can not hold my erections without using cockrings or taking a dosage arginine(that stuff really helps for me 1,5g+).
today i wasnt able to jelq correctly since i couldnt hold my erection at 50-60%
im at the point i know i have to change things up, here are a few things i consider to be the problem
- i cum like 6+ times on my off 2 days (erections were ok but i had better ones definitely)
- i also cum regularly like EVERY DAY but i did this at the start of the jp90 as well
- i overtrained with kegels, i hold my PC muscle occasionaly during intercourse to get a stronger erection
- i didnt train my pelvic floor / reverse kegel
- if i take a dosage of arginine my erection will be pretty good
- im on a kind of diet right now.. i skip breakfast, eat lunch like always and drink a protein shake at evening.. lost about 15 pounds in the last 3 month (almost normal weight now, down from 250 to 175poundsover the last 2 years (lunch consists of really healthy stuff like alot of turkey, chicken, rice and noodles. no fastfood at all. i also eat some fruits in between)
i also had like 5-6 pumples in the last 2month, i almost never had those before. they are pus-filled but pretty small. i guess its one of the supplements, any ideas?
i need some kind of advice/personal opinions on my case.

Decreased EQ is a sign of over training, back off a bit and take some rest; when you resume PE, make sure you use less intensity and take it easy on your penis.
Excessive masturbation would lead to decreased EQ.
Like all skeletal muscles, your pelvic floor muscles needs rest and can be over-trained. Do not do more than 25 quick reps in one sitting, and follow them with reverse kegels. Also do not kegel to maintain an erection, you will exhaust your muscles and lower your EQ.
And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.
JP90, is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Check out my last thread. I've been in your boat. I know you won't like to hear this but you need lots of rest. No touching it. No jerking off unless for sex. But luckily if you read my thread you can go find a ring of power that works and all those issues of rest will vanish an gains will be much easier to come by. Good luck.

How about you experiment with less PE, and more rest time/days off. See if your EQ will recover.

Sometimes just a good rest and a renewed outlook is all that is needed. Now besides the exercise fatigue you say you cum 6 times or more on your rest days? To me it sounds like you're giving your friend no rest. I think your friend is just tired.

so i guess the main problem was kegeling during intercourse to maintain my erection and masturbating to much.
what about masturbating without cuming ? could that lead to overtraining as well? because i dont think ill be able to go for a longer period without at least touching my dick.
what about daily intercourse? guess thats the same as masturbating right?
morning wood and night wood are good! i wake up a during night and get rock hard erections. i bet thats the arginine i take before sleeping.

Come on 6 or more times in one day? Maybe get a hobby or get out of the house more. With pe and all that other stuff you're lucky your best friend doesn't fall off and run away to live with another family!
