Ok so here's my situation.. I was born with a shrimp shaped penis. At birth they operated to make it better (also circumcised it) and managed to get it straighter. However in my teens i noticed that it still looked pretty curved and was really insecure about it until I got another surgery to make it straighter at the age of 16. After that it was a lot straighter. It looks like those G-spot vibrators basically with the tip pointing downward. I have been with girls and never really cared about my size or anything but recently I have been feeling really inadequate about my size (probably the porn). On a good day I'm like 5.2 inches in length (erect) and 5.25 inch girth. I just wish it was longer, I know that's average but it seems like everyone I know is like 6 or 7. So my question is.. will doing these PE exercises cause me damage since I've had 2 operations and have a downward curve? I would appreciate any advice and if I can do the exercises which ones should i do that are the safest..
    Thanks

The effects of your operations should be well healed by now. I believe jelqing and stretching (upward direction) without using excessive force should be ok. However, if you are concerned, you should check with your doc and advise you want to do PE to help with the health of your penis and possibly reduce the down ward curve.

It is recommended that you start with a beginner routine such as the JP90 for atleast 3 months. The first three months aren't aimed at making length and girth gains, but to condition your penis for more advanced exercises like Uli's, or Clamping.
