    Hey everyone I'm new to PEGym and was hoping to get some insight. I started my PE journey the 1st of year, so obviously, we're approaching about 90 days here. I started out doing 50 jelqs (alternating with each hand counting as 1), and have worked my way up to doing 150 jelqs and 50 compressors per session. At the beginning of this month, I wasn't really noticing any gains so I began to think I was over-training and saw some of the information on a forum regarding over-training and some of the potential signs. In my case, night and morning wood have been very rare over the last month (this is when I started really paying attention to it), and I feel as though my overall ability to get erections at ease hasn't been there and the quality hasn't been great. I took 2 full weeks off in hopes of overcoming any over-training that was done but the issues still persist. Any suggestions on how I should move forward?

    And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.

    Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.



    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

    I don't think you're over training

    How old are you?

    Morning and night erections are testosterone dependant. Drop the porn and ease up on ejaculation.
    Go for an intense run 15,20,30 mins....outside.... get that vitamin D + treadmill is too easy. Get more Vitamin B, zinc, and a good mix of fats, these help in testosterone production. TEST levels drop after sugar intake. WATER.

    You should even notice the difference the next morning if you go for a run and eat better.

    Ive been jelqing for EQ now instead of girth, lighter grip. Upd the time to 20 mins from 10...Jeling is actually enjoyable now,wtf. Ive stopped watching porn and ejaculating so much. Spoon full of peanut butter before bed. Run or workout. Morning wood is the biggest my erections get. Test levels are highest in the morning.

    I'm 31...I work out twice a day 4-5 days a week (cardio in the morning for 40 minutes and weights at night), and I take test boosters to try to help build muscle.
