I just started the JP90 routine today and liked it a lot and how my penis felt and looked afterwards. What I want to know is does having lots of sex affect gains and would it be better to PE before or after sex?

Congrats on starting your PE journey with JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.

I almost always have sex after PE, mostly pumping and extending. My erection is usually bigger after PE and using my erection in my wife helps to keep it in an extended state that much longer.
