Thread: A couple of questions
- 03-25-2015 #1
Hello there PEGym!
I'm here with a couple of questions again.
1. I have done JP90 for 52 days now and i noticed in the beginning that i had a problem jelqing cause my flaccid is very short, the shaft was short and it was hard to do it. I really needed it to be a little bit bigger to feel my jelqs was good enough. Suddenly, i don't know exactly which day but sometime between day 30-52 my dick grew during the jelqing exercise, especially when doing v-jelqs. It came to the point that i could get erections from jelqing, it started to increase in erection % and i had to slow down and wait. I think i could describe it as i could feel something happening inside and the jelqs felt more like masturbating. Is this a good sign or what is the possible cause here?
2. I think i experienced turtling for the first time yesterday. The day before yesterday i did a really intense workout i guess, i think maybe it could be that the warm up / warm down was not good enough and my grip was too hard. In the beginning of my routine i used a too hard grip for me to handle, then i started to use very light grip, but now my dick can handle much harder grip without feeling any discomfort or fatigue after a session. But i think i used too hard grip perhaps and too hard pull when stretching mixed with bad warm up/down, because the next day after that session i couldn't do much reps before feeling somekind of discomfort. And after that session i think i got turtling and also my dick was very soft when semi-erected. What do you think about this?
Today i did better warm up/warm down and decreased the reps on my dry jelqs & v-jelqs. Also went back to a much more soft grip. After the session it felt pretty good. I'm still very interested about the increase of erection while doing jelqs, what is all that about?
3. Which sign indicates that your pelvic floor is balanced or not, and if not, how do you know if you should focus more on reversed or regular kegels?
Thank you very much! I would appreciate a clean answer from a user and not a link to something else!

It is always a good idea to ask questions for anything you don't understand.
1) When you are jelqing make sure that when you begin your stroke you have pushed all the way into your pelvic bone before gripping. It is not uncommon that someone will become aroused and erect while jelqing. Just do what you are doing and wait for it to subside.
2) You are experiencing some negative PI's which means you are overworking it. Take a few days of to rest and recover. When you start up again reduce the intensity enough to maintain positive PI's.
3) It's good to both regular and reverse kegels to maintain balance. There are many signs that the pelvic floor is out of balance, but I will leave to someone who as better knowledge to answer this question. To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

1. It's a sign that you are becoming comfortable with jelqing, and increasing blood flow. Both perfectly normal, a good sign,, and common. In time, erection control will become easier. Until then, wait for it to go down to a safe level for jelqing.
2. Sounds like the session was a bit intense. Take a rest day, and don't continue if there's any pain or discomfort. It's the body's way of telling you to take it easy.
3. There's a good read through about pelvic floor balance in the PreE forum sticky. It helps to guide you on determining if your floor is out of balance, and suggests level routine ratios accordingly. If there is no balance issue, an even number of each is recommended.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Thank you very much for the reply. I think we have to lay the biggest attention to question 3 since i have some more updates now. I have figured out i have a hard time relaxing when i pee, i can't get all the pee out and sometimes i unconsciously stop urinating in the middle of it, and have problem relaxing. And also the preassure you use to force the pee to go faster/harder feels really really weak than it used to. I used to know exactly how to pee faster with much force, but i can't apply that force anymore, i have no idea how to do suddenly or else the muscle to do it is overworked or too weak. I started to add reverse keegels in to my routine since day 39. I think i do them right cause i do it like i would force a fart/or pee.
Do you recommend 30n 1 off 2...
Anyone every try having rest days...
