Okay so I am finally taking the plunge and signing up and trying to go for it.
I'm not completely new since I've been reading posts since 2009 and I was inspired by PESG's post so i tried some routines out. Long story short, I lacked the discipline and it was a lot to take in.
So by me now signing up and posting I've entered into a contract with myself to do this seriously. (Imagine the gains i could had if I continued in 2009!) It is something i really want but wasn't prepared to work for.
I also suffer from Premature ejaculation and it's got my confident shot and it's so embarrassing that i would tend to make excuses to avoid sex and humiliation which leads to over masturbation which perpetuates the problem. Coupled with the fact i feel like penis is smaller than everyone else, I'm just a walking mess.
So now that I've exposed myself and you know my most embarrassing secrets how do i best tackles this. Do i concentrate on gaining or curing p.e? Also i see a lot of different items advertised on the site, is there particular set of stuff i can get while starting a fresh or should i just get everything?

Welcome aboard. Myself, I am new here, but let me just start off by saying that it's good you signed up! Everyone on here is always super nice, and helpful. To be honest, I think that you can get get both gains, and work on your premature ejac. For gains people on here usually suggest that you start off with the JP90 program. As for devices, I don't really know much, but I'm getting the bathmate soon after I read some good reviews, and did extensive research. I'll probably start a log on how it's going. For your premature ejac, doing kegels, and edging would probably help.

You can work on both fronts, balance your pelvic floor with a kegels (regular and reverse) routine and practice edging to train your body to last longer and compliment your PE routine, the Premature Ejaculation forum is full of helpful information, start with the stickies.
And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.
Pick one of the manual beginner routines and follow it for at least 90 days to condition your penis, or until you stop gaining. Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

There is nothing to be embarrassed about, you are not alone with the concerns that you have. We are here for improvement in all areas of male sexual health. As you can see, the great members here are very helpful and knowledgeable.
The JP90 is a great routine to start off with. Start slow and work your way up over time. Working on gains and PreE is not a problem.
It's great to see that you have been doing some research, knowledge is key to success. Continue learning as much as you can during the JP90 so you will be well informed when the time comes for advanced exercises. There is a wealth of information here, do plenty of reading and don't hesitate to ask questions.
The key to being successful is to be dedicated, consistent and patient. PE does work, but it won't happen overnight. The rewards for putting in the time and effort are well worth it in the end.

Tackle them both. JP 90 to start and as you get the hang of that start reading up on edging.

Start with JP90 and begin working on pre-E simultaneously by developing your pelvic floor with a K/RK routine and edging. Read lots of threads on pre-E to determine your specific issues and how best to tackle them. Ask questions here on the forums and start a journal to log your progress. Above all, PE SAFELY!

Wow. Thank you so much guys! I don't feel as embarrassed now, in fact i feel empowered! I'm going to go over JP90 again as advised and start to document + get to grips with supplements and other help.
So am i to forget about additional devices and focus on the basics?

Yes. You'd probably be better off starting with just the basics. After the JP90 you can certainly consider adding a device in. You didn't really say why you thought your penis is small. If it's because of your girth, then consider the bathmate. If it's because of length, then perhaps an extender. I'm not as knowledgeable on extenders though, so you may want to do your research. I researched the hell out of the bathmate though, so I'm definitely going to give it a try, haha.

Welcome devious. Size is nothing to be embarrassed about nor is being a quick ejaculator. Being caught hanging 15 lbs off your dick by your son (like I did) is not even something to be embarrassed about. Love yourself and your penjs enough to accept even the stuff you want to change.
