Your penis is smaller then average in length but very close to average in girth. I am not going to say don't worry about it because overall it is smaller than a lot of other guys. Easy for me to say it's how you use it that counts, etc., but you know what you have and how you feel about it. The fact you are here at least says you aren't just a bitcher and complainer, but a guy who finally has said enough is enough and time to correct this thing. That being said, as long as you study up on proper PE technique, figure out a routine that suits you best through trial and error, determine proper rest days and stay dedicated, you have as good a chance as anyone here at successfully enlarging your unit to a size that will make you smile when you look at it. It sure as hell isn't going to happen overnight, and be damn sure you don't jump into this without proper knowledge, but happen it will.

In my own opinion, I don't think there is any upper limit to how much size you can gain. It is just an unknown how long it will take you to reach your goals. Some people gain 1" in 3 months, others in 6 months, others in a year. Hopefully you are a "quick gainer" but only time, dedication, and proper training will be able to tell.
Additionally, you should know that gains gradually slow down, eventually to the point where the amount of hours you put in may not seem worth the gains you are achieving. In my opinion, this shouldn't stop you from exercising your penis. Just like daily exercise for your body will make you stronger and healthier, regular exercise for your penis even if you've stopped seeing the big or steady gains will still keep your penis functioning at an optimal level. This shouldn't be a concern of yours yet since you're a beginner and you should see steady gains for many months to come before they gradually start to slow.
An example of gains may be:
First 3 months: 0.5" in length, 0.35" in girth
Next 3 months: 0.5" in length, 0.35" in girth
Next 3 months: 0.35" in length, 0.15" in girth
Next 3 months: 0.15" in length, 0.15" in girth
1 Year Totals: +1.5" in length, 1" in girth
This hypothetical gains chart would bring you from 4.5" L and 4.5" G all the way up to 6" L and 5.5" G which would be the towards the upper end of average in length and above average in girth, depending on what study of average penis size you are referencing.
You must remember that this website isn't all about penis enlargement, it's more about male enhancement. This means the enhancement of everything that is related to your health and wellbeing. You shouldn't just focus on doing the exercises for your penis, you should focus on improving everything about yourself and your life. A stronger and healthier mind, body, and lifestyle.

Correct to a point...I still say there is an upper limit, or rather that any additional gains past a certain point take so long to come it is impractical. If this wasn't the case, you'd see some guys walking around with 30x10 by now...lol

Or maybe it just takes very very long time to grow that kind of penis, more than a life time. Therefore no one is 30x10, and also people doesn't start at enough inches in the beginning. My friend has a 12.59 inch long dick, he has a good starting point to at least hit 15
And to king0.. Your starting size is not that bad you should blame it as much as you do. From own experience you could have nice sex with those measurements. Find a girlfriend you really like and you are sure likes you back equally much, tell her about your bad self-confidence before you have sex and that keegels will work for her, so she doesn't think: "Oh, i couldn't feel anything, maybe his dick is too small, should i leave him?" Tell her about keegels, i had the same girth and it worked like a sharm, position could make a huge impact aswell.

Yep, it's ridiculous. He has even show it to friends while measuring. If you google worlds largest penis my friend still win the battle. The record right now is already broken in the shadows. He is a close friend to me, but i haven't seen it with my own eyes, but another close friend has. I believe there are other guys with 12+ inches dicks laying the shadows more than my friend actually.

Na bro im not that overweight but i stoped training for 3 months and gained fat around my stomach and no visible abs anymore.
Do kickboxing 3-4 times a week
gym 4-5 times a week
getting back to the routine

I understand what you are saying now everyone gains different so i just have to find out how long it takes me and stick with the right routine.
I guess i just have to stick with the right exercises through trial and error and see what suits me best and how far i get in terms of gains.
