It seems I have no loss of tug, in every direction I feel the pull.. Is this normal?

I don't think there is a normal. I think the LOT theory is dead. Stretch in all 9 directions or at least 5.

It could just be tight ligs. Nothing to worry about though, either way.
As ABC_d said, for manual stretches, go in all directions.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Like the others have said, don't worry about LOT right now. If you are just starting out follow a structured beginners routine such as the JP90. The main focus right now is to condition your penis and to increase the intensity and reps slowly over time. If you commit yourself and stay dedicated, the gains will come, but it doesn't happen overnight.

That would be very beneficial Mission. It helps to keep track of progress and changes, their result, lets others give advice and suggestions, keeps you motivated and accountable to yourself...lots of good reasons.
