I've been jelquing for 3 weeks now and I'm undecided as to whether or not to warm down, cool down or do nothing. The JP90 Beginner's Routine says to warm down with a hot washcloth, but the "Penis Exercises" book says to cool down with a room-temperature washcloth. Which is the best method to use to maximize gains: warm down, cool down, or do nothing?
