    Hey, i started yesterday and i don't want to over do it.

    i basically need EQ(extremely) and length. girth will be nice as well.

    Warm up(rice sock) 5-10 minutes

    stretching 5-10 minutes (simple stretches to 5 angles + 25 fast kegels(i don't sure that i"m doing them right, but trying to learn, helicopter stretch X 3 and 10 to left 10 to right circles X 2)

    Wet jelqs - 5-6 minutes, 60-85-90% erect(i just can't keep it down...)
    V jelqs - 5-6.

    warm down - 5-10 minutes.

    2 days - 1 off.

    Advice's and tips? mainly have problem with EQ and length. thank you.

    Helicopter shakes are not stretches, they are meant to restore blood circulation to your penis between stretches.

    As for getting too erect fro jelqing, that is common for beginners, in the mean time, back off until your erection subsides to a safe level, after a while, your penis will get used to the exercises and stop getting too hard.


    - Warm up for 8 to 10 minutes.

    - Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
    - Hold a stretch downwards for the count of 25 kegels.
    - Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
    - Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
    - Hold a stretch upwards for the count of 25 kegels.
    - Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
    - Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
    - Hold a stretch straight out for the count of 25 kegels.
    - Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
    - Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
    - Hold a stretch to the left for the count of 25 kegels.
    - Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
    - Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
    - Hold a stretch to the right for the count of 25 kegels.
    - Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.

    - 50 Jelqs.
    - 30 V-Jelqs.
    - 50 Jelqs.
    - 30 V-Jelqs.
    - 50 Jelqs.
    - 30 V-Jelqs.

    -Warm down for a minimum of 5 to 6 minutes.

    I have visited - JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine With Videos .

    BTW - 2 days - 1 off is it good? or too much rest ?

    Alright! last question - If i have sometimes problems with EQ, should i try to add regular kegels to my days?

    About Pre ejeq, if i want to cum i can use my girlfriend vagina right and cum in under 1 minutes, but if i want to hold - it can take even 5 to 10 or more sometimes. is it called pre ejeq?

    You only need a partial erection, no more than 70%.

    Too many kegels will lead to over training your pelvic floor muscles, in moderation it will help you, and do not forget reverse kegles afterwards.

    Do not do more than 25 kegels in one sitting, maximum three times a day, and take days off.


    10 minutes is not premature ejaculation, kegels and edging will help your EQ and train you to last longer.

    I was always doing edging in sex. is it then you almost cum or cum a little bit and holding it back?
