Just a quick mini-bio on me, I've always done things by jumping right into them and pushing myself. It has been quite evident in my weight lifting routine and it allows me to get good results/gain fast. Yet I can become overzealous and injure myself sometimes, with that said I just want to know if what my routine I created (I usually create my own routines tailored to me on everything) isn't overly intense where injury is at risk. I want my routine to be intense but still beginner friendly.
*Routine*
- 5min warm up with Bathmate
-JP's 90 day stretching routine
-150 wet jelqs
-90 v jelqs
-Uli's or some type of compression exercise if Uli's are too advanced for beginners
-5 min warm down
-then occasional edging but most likely not every day
Please let me know what you guys think is it good, too intense, any tips or change recommendations are welcome thanks in advance!

to the Gym!
Don't miss this thread!!!
^^Can't stress this enough!^^
Most members here choose JP90, it is an intense routine, start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans.
Keep the ULI's for later on after you have conditioned your penis for it, it is an advanced exercise, not for beginners, pain and injuries are not a good sign in PE, your penis is not like your skeletal muscles, it can't take all that load, and was not designed to, so take care of it, you only have one.
And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Thanks Mrb8, after more research and consideration I actually came to the same conclusion on just sticking with JP'S90 day routine then later down the road add some compression exercises or what ever else I might want. Quick question though, could I add a bathmate to the JP routine as my warm up? I really want to focus on mainly girth so I would like a bathmate to be part of my routine.

I recommend that you keep the Bathmate for later as well.

Ok will do, how long into the routine can I add the bathmate?

Leave the bathmate until at least after JP90, some will argue that even at least 6-12 months of conditioning would be necessary before using a suction device.

A warm up should not be an excersizes. Save the BathMate for a few months, and do conditioning. It will pay dividends in the end.
