Hello,

FREE testosterone is only 30.10 PMOL/L,
Normal testosterone is 19.86 NMOL/L
FSH low as well 1.94 MIU/ML
and the most important part - very high level of estrogen, Estradiol(e2) 170.51 PMOL/L
all the other stuff pretty much okey, tomorrow i have a doctor appoitment but do high estrogen and low free testosterone can affect gains? or er EQ?

Most definately, BOTH! Find a doctor that will treat your low T, but not prescribe cialis & viagra type drugs to mask the true cause. Consider natural holistic remedies to eliminate the estrogen from your body and seek diet & lifestyle changes to reduce your exposure to estrogen and increase your T levels such as:
good cardio & weight lifting exercises; lots of wild-caught Omega 3 fish in your diet; and even eliminating some hygine products like soaps, aftershaves, colognes, and deoderent that contain estrogen infused chemicals, dyes and fragrances.

Testosterone only effects growth during puberty. After puberty, testosterone primarily effects libido and energy levels.

OP sorry to crack a joke. Please let us know what the doctor says. Good luck. Mostly T levels shouldn't hurt your gains, but might hurt your desire to gain.

Your doctor's diagnosis are important.
Your hormones are not likely going to affect your gains.
You ca lower your Estradiol levels by following a healthy diet; eliminate sugar consumption, and limit your intake of carbohydrates to less than 30% of your daily calories, and make sure you eat complex carbohydrates not simple carbohydrates.
Cruciferous vegetables such as cabbage and broccoli will help your body get rid of excess estrogen, also garlic and onions will help.
Stay away form estrogenic foods such soy products.
Exercise regularly, and loose wight, there is an enzyme in body fat (aromatase) that converts testosterone into estrogen, by loosing weight, you are getting rid of that enzyme, and getting more healthy.
Eat a balanced diet, healthy fats and proteins are important.A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

Why can your penis only grow at puberty?
- 03-29-2015 #9
Special hormones that respond to testosterone and effect growth (penile and muscle mass) are only available during puberty. Once puberty is over, these hormones are no longer present so penile growth, muscle mass increase without exercise, and lowering of the voice, among others, cease to occur.
