Yea sorry, i know you might think in this age i wouldnt need it but im really fucked, if you read my other post you'd know i was really in a bad mood when i couldnt get it up ( even though when i was in Levitra ) that happened to me few times, ive been doing jp90 and now ive discovered so many natural stuff that are way less scary than chemical pills like vigera and Levitra and also with no side effect so im thinking to give it a try. ive been searching non stop, i already got Now L-Arginine today and im thinking to get one more for like Testosterone boost like : Now Foods, TestoJack or Liddell, Vital Male Sexual Energy with Testosterone or maybe something else

never tried it, but from being on here. L-arginine is pretty popular. look those up on here.
L-arginine and gingko. read all you can about it, and ask questions about those before you decide its what you want to do.

The side effects from those generic testosterone pills are not worth any increase in EQ you see. There are so many herbal supplements to experiment with on their own without getting some mix that might not be good for you.
Your ED is probably psychological, so there is only so much effect that you will get from stimulating your body. Nonetheless, onions, garlic, black and cayenne pepper are all great for circulation and therefor EQ. Like GoingForGold said, stay away from the testosterone boosters! If anything, they can even hurt your EQ gains in the long run (not to mention the other side effects). If you feel testosterone is an issue, let your body naturally raise its levels through exercise/working out.
For some supplements, I recommend L-Arginine, Ginkgo, Garlic pills and Ginger pills. Drinking green tea daily might also help you. If they don't, then like some of the people are saying, your problems might be physiological.
EDIT: By the way, from reading a few of your earlier posts I can see that you have trouble with Kegels. This leads me to think that maybe your pelvic floor muscles are really weak (especially since you said you have trouble stopping your urine stream). With this in mind, JP90's program might be too intense for you. Make sure you are doing less reps than outlined in the program. Stick to something low and slowly work your way up.
