    Okay, I'm only about 2 weeks into the JP90 routine. I'm doing everything by the book, except taking a little more to time warm up/down and stretch. I am reallly wanting girth gains more than anything.
    Has anyone had any girth gains from doing the JP90? I was also thinking about getting a bathmate soon. I was curious if the bathmate helps with girth, and I want to know when would be a good time to start using it. I want to do this right so I can get the most out of PE. I'm a tad over 7" in length and a tad over 5.5" in girth, and my short term goal is 7.5" length and 6" in girth. Is it possible to achieve those goals in 7-8 months?

    It's possible, just not guaranteed.

    Pumping is a girth based exercise, so it may help you to achieve your girth goals. However, most also consider it advanced, so it would be wise to wait until after conditioning. This will also let you, without monetary cost, see what you can do with the JP90.

    Many have gained both length and girth from the JP90. Even after conditioning, continuing with it as written, or slightly modified still works well.

    Why the extra stretches? JP90 is an intense beginners routine, do not add to it, at least not as a beginner.

    Keep the Bathmate also for after you have conditioned your penis, the first 90 days are to learn how to perform the exercises and how your penis responds, it will slowly get used to the extra load and gain more size over time.

    The Bathmate is for girth, but not to be added to JP90 for beginners.

    If your goal is girth, focus on moderate erection level jelqing, and after you are conditioned, you can slightly increase the erection level a bit, and monitor your PIs.

    Okay thanks guys. I'll go ahead and purchase the bathmate and put it away until I'm through with my beginner routine. I'll keep it aside as a little JP90 graduation gift lol. I take a little more time to warm up because I absolutely do not want an injury, but I'll just do the stretches as directed. I didn't realize that stretching more could be bad. This is starting to feel like an addiction lol, I'm on a two day break and I am wanting to go do PE!
