I am wondering if this is my problem? I hurt my back 3 years ago at transer and messed up my low back. I wonder if I have this hyperlordis? A lot of my buddies got messed up there. One guy messed up his rotary cup. I think this might be my problem because my penis got 1 inch smaller after the accident and never got back to my first size. Here is the article about it below. Does any one know how to tell if I have hyperlordis? Thanks alot. Chin
Here is this article on hyperlordis:
Lumbo-Sacral-Pelvic Bio-Mechanics & Its Affect on Penis Length
There are many factors involved in Natural Penis Enlargement. Unfortunately, most of the information available is a rehash of the same material that's been on the Internet for years. Penis Enlargement, to be performed to its ultimate potential, must take into account the entire system. Penis enlargement is not just about stretching and milking; much, much more is involved.
One system associated with penis enlargement and normal penis length is the joints of the lumbar spine, sacrum, and associated bilateral pelvic structures (ilia). The bio-mechanical, or lack of proper bio-mechanical function, in this region will alter your ability to enlarge your penis to its fullest potential; as well as impeding the size you can currently grow to upon achieving an erection. It sounds a bit complicated; but, really, it's not.
First we have to understand that at least 30% of the penis is actually inside of the body. This may be the remnants of part of the mechanics of the original penis bone (os penis) which all our other primate brothers have. In primates the penis bone rests inside the pelvo-abdominal region and upon arousal extends into the penis to make it erect. Quite possibly, if Man did have an os penis at one time, the reason for such a large part of the penis being stuck inside the body may be due to this original mechanism (and its vestigial mechanical function) of creating an erection.
Regardless, a great deal of the penis is stuck inside the body and does not protrude upon erection. This is because it is held back by the ligaments that keep the penis attached to the body. These ligaments attach to the pelvis.
By having a hyperlordotic lumbar spine this, bio-mechanically, shifts the pelvis to create an anterior-inferior (forward and down) "tipping" of the front of the pelvis. This forces the pubic bone to shift posterior-superior (back and up) and restricts the ligaments of the penis.
Well, what does that mean? It means if you have an excessive curvature to your lower back, this tilts your pelvis and will decrease the length your penis can grow upon erectile extension. It also affects the ability to increase your penis length through natural penis enlargement utilizing stretching exercises.
Also, this lack of a proper elongated "S" curvature in the spine (from a lateral point of view) will impede the flow of cerebro-spinal fluid which will also impact the male sexual system, in a negative way.
One way to fix a hyperlordotic spine and restore proper neutrality to the resting pelvis is via stretching out your hamstrings, hip flexors, and strengthening the abdominal muscles. This will make your penis longer upon erection, if you suffer from hyperlordosis.

LNM, I've done yoga for years and had tight hamstrings and hip muscles. In fact, most everything in the middle of the body was tight. These are relatively easy to stretch with yoga. You might try these since flexibility helps the spine.

I'm learning a lot on this site about the body and how to work(play) with it.

Hello Maelsukr, thank you for taking the time and kindness to respond to my post. I have a date with my orthopedost on monday, I go every month for a checkup and I am going to ask him about this. With honesty I don't really understand what this article is about this guy wrote but I know my penis shrunk when my back got messed up. I sent an email to this guy through his sight and asked him how I could tell if I had this problem but I didn't hear back from him yet. Anyway I will talk to my doctor and see if I have this hyperlorsis and print out this article for him to read. I really do appreciate you sharing your information with me. I have a lady friend who does yoga and she keeps telling me it will help my back pain, but she doesn't know my penis shrunk because I didn't tell her. Thanks again. Chin
