So I completed my first week using three days to work out and have already found gains!
q1.Now I'm in my second week and confused one whether to go 3 days on 1 day off 3 days on 1 day off or full 5 days on 2 days off?
q2. When is it okay to masturbate? I like to orgasm.. so is it okay to use my rest day as a masturbation day or will it just cause too much stress on my penis?
q3. Does masturbation increase the workout of the penis? Leading to over training?
q4. Will cutting out masturbation increase my gains?
